The short version
OrujovAI is built by an independent developer in Baku. We collect only what we need to run the product and keep it secure, we never sell your data, and you can export or permanently delete your account and content at any time from Settings → Data. This page explains the details in plain language.
What we collect
Account. When you sign in, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your email, name, and a unique id.
Content. If you are signed in, your chats, settings, saved prompts, memories, and study progress are synced to our database so they follow you across devices. Signed-out (guest) use is stored only in your browser's local storage and is not synced.
Payments. If you subscribe, payment is handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card details; we keep only your plan, subscription id, and a record of transactions.
Operational logs. To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of our AI endpoints, and for moderation, we log messages sent to the service together with your IP address and a per-device identifier. We also log page visits (path, referrer, IP, device id) for product analytics. These logs are kept for a limited period (generally no more than 90 days) and are accessible only to the operator.
Diagnostics. We record anonymous API performance metrics (latency, errors, which provider served a request) with no message content.
How your messages are used
Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate a response, and to our search provider when you use Search mode. They are not used to train models on your behalf, and we do not sell or share your conversations. We send the provider only what is needed for the reply (for data analysis, only the file's structure — never the full dataset).
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run the product: authentication (Clerk), hosting & database (Vercel, Supabase), AI inference (third-party large-language-model providers), web search, image generation, and payments (PayPal). Some of these process data on servers located outside your country, including the United States. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.
Your choices & rights
You can edit or delete any chat, manage what the AI remembers, export all of your data as a single file, and permanently delete your account and all associated data — all from Settings → Data. Deleting your account removes your synced content, operational logs tied to your account, and your sign-in identity. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or restrict processing of your data; email us to exercise them. You can manage or revoke connected services (e.g. Google) from that provider's permissions page.
Cookies & analytics
We use the essential cookies our authentication provider needs to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. For product analytics we use a random per-device identifier stored in your browser (not personal advertising data); you can clear it by clearing site data.
Children
OrujovAI is not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum digital-consent age in your country, which is 16 in parts of the EEA). If you are under that age, please don't use the service.
