Is OrujovAI really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you all five modes, voice, image generation and cited web search at no cost and with no credit card — within a generous message allowance (20 messages every 3 hours). Paid plans raise the limit and unlock more models plus power features like code execution, deep research and data analysis.
What are the plans and limits?
Free: 20 messages every 3 hours. Plus (12 AZN/month): 300 messages a day plus Orujov 2 & 3. Pro (24 AZN/month): 2,000 messages a day plus Orujov 4, data analysis and live classrooms. Max (255 AZN/month): unlimited messages, the Orujov 5 flagship model, priority, and early access. All plans include all five modes and features; paid plans add headroom and the more capable models. Prices are shown in AZN and charged in USD via PayPal.
What can OrujovAI do?
Five modes in one workspace: Chat (direct answers), Create (writing + image generation), Code (run Python/JS/TS in the browser with live preview), Study (a step-by-step tutor with graphing), and Search (answers backed by cited web sources). It also has voice, AI personas, document generation (PDF/Excel/PowerPoint/Word), and a whiteboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Plan and cancel anytime. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to Free. There's nothing to uninstall.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are recurring and you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll help.
Is my data private?
We never sell your data and don't train models on your conversations. You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Data. See the Privacy Policy for the full details, including what we log and for how long.
What languages are supported?
The interface and the AI work in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian. You can switch languages anytime in Settings.
Can I install OrujovAI as an app?
Yes — it's a Progressive Web App. On Chrome/Android you'll see an Install option (also in Settings → General); on iPhone use Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen. It then launches full-screen like a native app and works offline for your saved chats.
Why did I see "try again in a minute"?
That appears when demand on the shared free capacity is temporarily high. Wait a few seconds and resend — it almost always goes through. Paid plans get more headroom.
